First and foremost your under 25. 2nd and prob just as important your stats are lousy. 200 6'4 at 18% bf. The ideal candidate for steroids is 25+ years old and has a natural foundation that reflects proper training, diet, and rest. These guidelines aren't there to rain on your parade; they are there so that you can cycle safely and effectively.

You are missing a Hcg protocol. .5 mg of dex eod may be overkill , but it depends on your estrogen sensativities.

Supliments are a go while on cycle. But shakes are not to be used as a repla***ent for whole food.
