I've been working out for 12 years and am now 31 with about 25-30% body fat, 6'3''
I want to start my first cycle and would like to put on about 10 lbs of muscle and shed most of my fat
I do have some male pattern baldness on my mother's side and am worried about losing more hair. I have a slowly receding hairline and would like to juice without losing anymore than I would naturally at my age.
looking for some suggestions as to what type of cycle to start on, was thinking a low dose of deca and test but am worried test will make me bald.
any suggestions or experience in mpb issues would be appreciated.
