Hello Everyone,
I have been lifting for six and a half years now but I am still unsatisfied with my size. I am 5'11'' 161-163 right now and want to gain about 15-20 more pounds and mostly strength. I have looked into juice but I am still researching everything. Im currently lifting hard 3 days on one day off with 20 minutes of walking each day. I am taking cytogainer twice a day, trying to eat as much on my college budget as I can, and drinking atleast 2 gallons of water per day. I hope to make some new buddies on here, and maybe learn a few things from ya'll.
