    New on the Scene

    Hello Everyone,

    I have been lifting for six and a half years now but I am still unsatisfied with my size. I am 5'11'' 161-163 right now and want to gain about 15-20 more pounds and mostly strength. I have looked into juice but I am still researching everything. Im currently lifting hard 3 days on one day off with 20 minutes of walking each day. I am taking cytogainer twice a day, trying to eat as much on my college budget as I can, and drinking atleast 2 gallons of water per day. I hope to make some new buddies on here, and maybe learn a few things from ya'll.

    Thanks everyone, yeah Im a big poster on Pirate4x4 and Off-Road.com, my other passion being 4-wheeling. I know how people can get tired of the same questions being asked when a search could have been done. Im am more than positive that I will learn so much on here.

    If your trying to gain weight I would cut back on the cardio. Yes you might gain a lil bodyfat but you can always get rid of that later. WELCOME... Oh yea and eat like a horse.
