    First cycle questions

    Hello,

    Just joined and am looking for some advice for my first cycle . I've been working out for three years, have a TINY frame, though I do have a lot of muscle on it. However, no matter what, I have not been able to add muscle weight, or make significant improvements in how much I lift. When I eat to gain weight, I just wind up with a belly. I'd love to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle, nothing crazy. I lift 4-5 days a week, and have tried a bunch of different splits. I change my workouts every time so my body can't get used to the routine, and have a pretty good idea of what I'm doing.

    I have a friend who has had impressive gains with deca, so I'm thinking of using that. I know it's good to pair deca with sustanon or testosterone, but I'm afraid of the severe back breakouts.

    Oh, sorry about that! Edited that out.

    I'm 30, 5'8, 130lbs, 10% bodyfat.

    Okay thank you. First and foremost 130 is really light to be considering steroids. My advice to you would be to post your workout in the training section and your diet in the nutrition section. 130 at 5'8 indicates a short coming in one or both of those areas. If these two areas are not addressed prior to steroid use you will waste a cycle and/or lose anything you gained.

    130????? I read somewhere in this forum that only one drug can help you that is FOODSTERONE....
