Delays Getting Product

Is anyone else getting some very long delays getting product from Europe? Im talking waiting 45 days for shipment and still no product.

Edit the coding out. To answer your question its highly unusual for it to take 45 days from Europe.

I told them its gone and their response was "Oh well have to wait 30 days before reship"

The shipment is gone (lost). So the supplier is saying they have to wait 30 days from estimated arrival date before they consider the product lost in the mail before they reship my product

It happens. I had a lost shipment years ago. They reshipped I got that package, and 2 weeks later got the original "lost" package. A reliable source will make it right. Sometimes they arnt honest about what the hold up is .It may be that they ran out of product and didnt want to lose customers in the mean time.

were you tracking it? How do you know it was shipped and now lost? And what was date of arrival?

Date of estimated arrival was Nov 3. Source stated it was shipped. I have received stuff from them before in good time, but was wondering if they are still a good source.

and yes I do have tracking number but unsure what shipped source used. I have requested this info from shipper.
