    Need advice on 2nd cycle

I'm a noob I know any I'm sure everyone will have their comments but that's why I am here.

    1st cycle
    6 weeks of sustanon 250 2/week
    6 weeks of sustanon 350/ 2 week

The last 5 weeks I added liq. Stanazol
First 2 weeks twice a week
    Last 3 was eod

I know I had no post cycle and I regretted it. Mentally and psychically drained.

I wish I came across this site sooner.

It's been 14 weeks since last injection and I feel great, took about 3 weeks to feel "right" again.

Can you guys help me out with another cycle?

I had great results with the cycle and didn't lose
Much of my gains as I eat right and still hit the gym as I always do

Thanks for your guys help and thank you for this forum

    Welcome aboard mate!
At this point, I usually like to get the rest of your stats:
    AGE = 27
    Weight?
    Height?
    BF%
    years lifting experience?

how much do you know about nutrition? do you know your macros? your TDEE?
What are your goals? Are you trying to bulk? Are you trying to cut as the additon of winnie during your last cycle suggests?

since you have some experience with sust, you can go here and read more about it:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...e-Sustanon-250

and if you do another cycle again without PCT, you will have to buy every member here a beer, and there are many of us here! =)
but seriously, you do need to learn about PCT, so go here to do that:
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...CYCLE-THERAPY)

as you can tell by all the questions, advice here is definately NOT a one size fits all!

So be a sport, answer the questions, and there will be many here willing to help.

    Fair enough?

    Welcome aboard mate!
At this point, I usually like to get the rest of your stats:
    AGE = 27
    Weight? 185-190
    Height?6'
    BF% 11%
    years lifting experience? 7 years

As for nutrition, I'm not a know it all but I take care of
Myself. I'm a construction worker so my day is broken up pretty nicely. I awake at 530 with a muscle milk, 9am apple slices and cinnamon or peanut butter, noon wheat bread and tuna or chicken and some kinda side, 400pm protein shake 445 no xplode,500mg glutamine and Arginine pre and post workout 5pm workout, 7pm protein and another 2 pills
8pm light dinner usually fish or chicken with brown rice.

My goal is lose some of that fat% and get to 215. Before first cycle I was 180 and a higher fat%. Not fat by any means just not cut up like I was and am now. Of
Course I lost some of my gain about 6lbs but overall vainly 15-20 was surprising to me.

So I'll buy you guys a round of beers if I screw up again haha. Talk about being stupid. I felt horrible afterwards and just not myself. Gf was def not happy when I wasn't looking to plow as often.

    Thanks again,

Ps anyone in the Connecticut area? I'd be happy to buy beers for. Always happy to meet new friends and take good advice. "why do you fall? So you know how to get back up!".

Your diet needs some work bro. Check out the nutrition section, you can really learn a lot over there.

Yeah I figured I need more food. I shouldn't expect big gains with min intake. I forgot to add in a salad a day for greens or I shit bricks.
This site is addicting, all the info is awesome and easy to understand. Like I said before, wish I found this forum a long time ago. I'll take any advice and thank you for
Not hating on me, see some other (seem like kids) getting bashed on left and right for dumb remarks.

Gotta learn some how and I'm sure with everyones know how and what this site has to offer I'll get there

naw, don't live in the connecticut area, so you can send your BevMore Gift Certificates to:
    Times Roman
    C/O general delivery
    Kabul, Afghanistan
unfortunately, no bevmo's here, and can only buy beer on the black market, so I'm screwed! =(

let me throw some more links at you.

Since the diet seems like it needs some improvement, first go here and learn about your BMR/TDEE.
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...gy-Expenditure
This will give you a way to calculate your caloric requirement "stasis" point. Calories above that will help you gain, below that will help you cut. It's an important piece of information you need to know.

Next, it sounds like you want to bulk. When you bulk quickly, you will pick up some BF%. Not to worry, this is normal. You can always cut later after you get the size you want. Follow this link to learn a little more about bulking:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nd-sample-diet...

    and this one too:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ight-READ-THIS!!!

Next you will need to be able to design a diet you can adhere to to help you gain. in order to do this, you need to understand the various macro ingredients for a variety of foods. Macros are protein/carbohydrate/fat - & calories. this is the minimum you need to know in order to begin to construct the right diet. A very basic macro split would be something like 40/40/20 %. So go here to learn about your macros:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nutrient-Chart

Finally, you need to design a diet that will allow you to meet your goals. What I would recommend in the beginning, maybe, is to go here:
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...RESOURCE-FORUM
and find a sample diet one of the vets has posted, and then use that as a template to create your own. Then go ahead and post your diet for us to look at. We will comment and suggest improvements.

In the next chapter in this rather lengthy oratory, we (you) should begin the process of fine tuning your lifting/exercise routine. There are many areas that can prevent you from realizing your goals if you are not adhering to the right lifting principals.

But you've got your work cut out for you.
come back after you've done all this, and let's talk some more.
    Good luck!

Roman, you're the man! I'll get right on it. I figured I'd have some work infront of me. Once I get my diet up to par I'll see what you guys think and I'll give you an example of
My workout plan. I'm sure I can gain from diet alone and worry about test later. As I've looked over some diets already, holy shit I was way off haha. I mean yeah I eat clean but that's about it. Seems like I'm eating like a bird compared to some of these.

    Thanks Roman
