    How much Dramatic result I should expect from deca for the first time?

    Age: 28
    Weight: 188 lbs
    Height: 5' 6
    bf : around 14% at most got visible six packs
    Cycle Experience: 3 Cycles (test-p, test-p + primo, test-p + dbol)
    Training Experience: 5 years

    OK guys I just finished my PCT last week and I lost only 2 pounds! I've got fantastic results, gained 12 lbs during my last cycle (3rd cycle) which was 8 weeks of 100 mg prop EOD + 20mg d-bol.
    I think I've got my diet pretty good dialed in, I like to depend on my diet mainly for building mass and only use aas for support so that's reason I used rather low doses.

    So I'm planning for next cycle, I'm Considering 8 to 10 weeks of 100mg prop EOD + 30mg dbol + 400mg deca weekly. I wanted to know If it's going to give me dramatic results? Is deca as good as dbol for building mass?
    I'm also thinking if I should skip deca for my next cycle and try test and dbol again with higher doses, like 150mg prop + 35 mg of dbol?
    I'm looking forward to gain about 12lbs of lean muscle again!

    So which one you think is better higher doses of dbol and prop or adding deca to the stack?

    D bol is used for a kick start to your cycle, it's very fast reacting. Deca stays in your system longer and is more of a longer process. It all depends on your diet and training. Everyone reacts different to different compounds.

    I think you should do 150mg Test Prop/NPP every second day. (Or 75mg every day). Deca and Dbol bloat me, I'd rather not combine them. However, Tren and Dbol is straight

    deca is very overrated imo.

    I don't have a good feeling about deca as well specially being a bitch for recovery . But I feel it's too soon to go for tren yet and I've read it's even harder to recover than deca.
    So any other mass builder out there to consider?

    tren a is the business, a do everything AAS. i personally would never use deca again, its a water bucket, great for fast size and strength but bye bye once you come off it. for me, and afew mates anyhow
