Nolvadex

I'm sure this has been asked a 100 times, but I've read conflicting articles. I would be running 500mgs of Sust for 10 weeks.
Do you run Nolvadex through out the cycle (10-20mgs per day), just when nipples appear puffy or feel itchy or just along side clomid during pct?
