    deca 300

    Will deca 300 cause me to have a lot of water retention? And with a will it cause me to lose fat?

    You will have water retention with deca and losing fat depends on your diet and cardio!!!

    Pain is correct, deca . will cause you to retain water. How much will depend on your dose and of course how you respond to it. It really shouldn't be that bad though.
