    on cycle workout time

So currently I'm not on cycle but will be starting my first cycle in the coming week. Right now I workout @ 8 in the morning due to having to work from 2pm to 11pm. I was wondering if it would be more benifical for me to workout after I finish work @ 11:30pm instead of in the morning. I do have a hard time wakeing up in the morning. Just looking for some good advice and insight on this.

Ask yourself this, how many good solid meals do you normally eat after 11pm, because your body will need fuel to recover...
Do not ask me for a source check.

I agree with what Matt said, your body needs food to recover and grow, so a WO directly before bed doesn't seem ideal IMO.

I'm currently training at 8am as well and I love it. Here's what I do:

    7am breakfast 2 eggs, 1cup egg whites, 1.5cups oats
    7:45 pre-workout supps
8am 10min on treadmill brisk walk just to elevate heart rate
    WO
