Hi guys, first post here and I'm really hoping someone can help me out.
I have been training pretty much consistently for 1 year. In this time I have gone from 110kg to 88kg (242 pounds to 194 pounds).
I am 18 years old, 5'9 and 194 pounds.
I am looking to start a cycle of Clenbuterol however I do have a few questions I need answered as I have never used this sort of stuff before.
1) Do I need to take anything other than the liquid clenbuterol whilst on it?
2) Do I need to take anything after getting OFF the clen?
3) Are there any supplements I shouldn't be taking while on Clen? (for example: hydroxycut hc, preworkout supplements etc)
4) Should I be doing heavy HITT cardio while on Clen or is this too stressful on the heart?
5) What are any safety precautions I should be taking?
6) how do I measure my dosages correctly and accurately?
7) do I need to get any tests
This is the cycle plan that has been suggested to me, please provide opinions. I am planning to do a carb cyling diet whilst on the clenbuterol with alot of cardio+weight training.
