not everyone gets the same sides, some are lucky and get none, test flu, midnight sweats, bitch tits, acme, I would'nt worry to much, just keep your head in the game, keep your mind positive, keep a journal so as to keep track of how you feel daily, stay ontop of your diet (eat every 2 hours if you can, try and keep it as clean as possible, no hanging at BK and MC D's waiting for your next fix), keep pushing yourself at the gym, and if you do start experiencing any sides and are unsure how to combat, just ask. As for feeling flat with your workout, dont be discouraged, as test-e normally takes till around week 3/4 to kick in, you'll know when it do'es, thats why we use d-bol as a kick start for the first four weeks, but we've already covered this, and I have to agree that for the first cycle, 12 weeks of test-e with all other areas dailed in will see you achieve some good results.
