i agree..he could of worded it different, but having guys be under 15%bf is not alot to ask...and this person is going on dbol which is used for bulking...you should be lower bf% cause you will most likely gain some due to high calorie diet.

18% bf, 175lbs at 5'10" sounds like you have barely any muscle. You have a lot of natural growing before you do a cycle, especially one that intense.

He's 14 % and to be honest, Saying the guy is 175 lb 14% doesnt necessarily mean he doesn t have a base(Im not saying either way). But from personal experience I am 5'7'' had a way small frame and my natural weight at age 20 - 21 was 135lb. I worked my self up to 155 and then started the juice... THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD'VE PASSED 155 NATURALLY with my stupid genetics. So don't be so quick to judge. I was also around 12-14% bf and looked pretty fit at 155 but not much size at all. Only the Juice was able to give me some size past 155. Depends on the person, With a small frame and fast metab 5'10 175 14% could be a good start (I M NOT SAYING ITS A GOOD START FOR HIM. I'm just saying depending on the circumstances this scenario could be acceptable). I can't find where he mentions how long he's been training for.... Did I miss that?

Just as a example, I am 5'7 195lb and if I eat less than 3500cal a day I start losing weight rapidly since I am way above my natural weight. You may think 5'7'' 195 is not huge(and I agree, is just okay) but to maintain that with the body I have is a hell of a mission! He may be a similar case.

I have been training for 4 yrs now. But only started focusing on building mass in the past year. Both my mother and father are small. So I'm pretty sure I don't have the genetics to grow big and quick like some guys are gifted with.

5'10'' 205 14% all natural would be pretty big IMHO. Not many can do grow that big and keep under 15% without any "help"... I was looking at your stats Dec11 and If @ 5'9'' you achieved 205 naturally with less than 15% then you have gifted genetics IMO.

I have to agree dec11 has good genetics. 205 natural or with help is huge to me.

na, i dont have gifted genes for it mate, my untrained BW would be around 160lbs. that was a 16yr slog to get to that, i was around the 12% bf mark at that weight. i had an extremely solid base through years of comp plifting, i was 75kg class for years and sub 10% bf, i gave up smoking and soon went up to 90kg class. infact, plifting is the type training i'd recommend to noobs starting off in the iron game, gives a great base to BB off.

10% bf for a plifter! Wow bro that's awsome. All the plifters where I'm at all have tons of bf and huge bellys. But they are strong as ****.

My gym has a few power lifters and all are just crazy big. I haven't seen any lean ones at my gym.
