Mdrol cycle help
I am new to this site.
I am looking for someone to shape up my mdrol cycle.
I know some of you will ask why not do the real stuff because its pretty much less toxic. I am doing it for legal reasons and pretty much impossible to get the real stuff where I am at.
My profile is I am 6'2 195 lbs 7% bf. I am 23 years old and this is my 2nd pH cycle.
My cycle on Mdrol would be 20/20/30/30. Nolva for PCT (40/40/20/20) with cycle assist. Also be using milk thistle, fish oil.
My only concern is losing the gains I get, as I have heard this is pretty common. I would ask would it be terrible to run hdrol immediately after to help prevent this? I know it is absolutely stupid to stack them as you should not stack two methylated products. I have not heard too much about doing this but I heard it in the gym the other day. Any advice on this, how to keep gains or my cycle would be greatly appreciated.

Yes that would be dumb to take right after.. Gains are kept because of diet and training.. During pct you need to train twice as hard and eat twice as much.. Btw your young and slender. Why not learn about dieting? Gurantee that's where your going wrong. Post your diet

using hdrol is only going to keep you shut down longer.
To keep as much of your gains as possible for as long as possible, you need to have your diet in check and your need your HPTA to recover as quick as possible. You also need to keep training heavy after the cycle ends.
Why would you say getting real gear is impossible where you're at?

Ok. Ill give you a typical day. Breakfast usually two bowls of oatmeal, peanut butter bagel, piece of fruit, 2 glasses of mil.
protein bar for a snack.
Lunch- Two large ham sandwiches and a peanut butter sandwich. Another glass of milk.
Usually a protein shake after a workout.
Dinner- Two chicken breast, plate of veggies, plate of rice, 2 glasses of milk.
Shake before bed.
And for the impossible gear question- I don't have any connections and do not want to deal with customs.

Yup I called it.. Your diet sucks. Go to the nutrition section. There's plenty of solid diet lay outs in the stickies. Read up on those and put the m drol away. Honestly you will be better off.

Nevermind trying to be hyooge, how do you even maintain 190lbs with that diet?
Dude, you don't need gear. You need a Costco card.

OK, i did not even realize that. I will put the m drol away until I fix it.
I just read over multiple articles last night of dieting. I see that my calorie intake is no where near it should be, but where do I add it? Protein, carbs, or fat?

This is bad advice. During pct you should keep using the same weight but less volume. Generally half the sets as you were doing on cycle. With diet you should maintain or increase you protein intake but keep the carbs and fats reasonable and clean as until your test levels return you will be very susceptible for gaining fat from excess calories.

So, let me get this straight...If I were doing 6 sets of bench press at a certain amount of weight, when I come off only do 3 sets but of that same weight?

I don't know why you would be doing 6 sets of the same weight/exercise to begin with but yes that's the right idea. This one of the principles to Ronnie Rowland's slingshot method. Increase intensity and workload during cycle but ease off the number of sets when running pct. Always keep the same big core compound exercises and try to lift the same weight though.

In this case were just talking about training volume during pct.
