You should do research before starting any cycle then you would get the best advice for someone with your stats and goals.
You shouldn't of started cycling at 19% bf - your going to experience some sides like added body fat and increased water retention, infact the opposite what your trying to achieve.
You also shouldn't of started using deca on a cut, even though you can cut on any compound for someone with your bf you should not be taking deca, completely the wrong compound.
I wouldnt take clen I would stop the cycle and reduce your bf via diet and cardio and when your sub 14% bf then I would consider cycling until then IMHO your wasting your time and no doubt going to get some nasty sides you wished you never had.

Op- What are your full stats age height weight?
I have used clen before and I am not a fan of the drug. Your bf of 19% indicates that you have some issues cutting calories and dieting. Clen ONLY WORKS if you are capable of executing a strict diet plan.
How far are you into the cycle?
