Am multi-vit with mineral supplement
Flax seed oil (how much should I be taking?)
Going to start CLA 3 x daily (2000mg each)
vit-c post workout
Vit-c pm trying to keep cortisol in check
3 protein shakes daily
I need to make a schedule and stick to it, my work schedule right now has me taking call 5 times in 2 weeks and it not un-common for me to be awake 24 hours straight.
Also how about milk-thistle what is the recommended dose?
