Ok guys I'm sure this topic has been beaten to death but I was told to ask the questions in this forum so here is a little info about me before I get started. Im 26 years old 6'7 275 lb former college football player, I majored in kinesiology and am an experienced lifter. I'm not exactly sure what my bf% is but I suspect it to be in the 20-25 range. I'm currently on a cut and it is going ok but I would like better results so here come the questions-
1. Var is what I have researched the most and it seems like an attractive option for me but another user has told me I will get gyno if I take it due to a high bf%. Is this true? If so, can the gyno be prevented by running nolva/Clomid?
2. If I can't take var due to unpreventable side effects because of my bf%, is there any cycles/compounds that would be an option?
3. If there aren't any options of this nature that fit me, how low does my bf% have to be to reap the benefits.
