if it's pharm or vet grade, make sure the seals are not broken. If it's UGL, all bets are off. With UGL, there is a certain amount of trust, and reputation. if the UGL has a good reputation....

So is it best to get human grade over ugl just to b on the safe side? Or is most ugl on trusted web addresses okay if people post their quality?

doesn't matter as long as good quality.
some ugl is real good. others bunk
human grade is most expensive
next is vet grade
least expensive is ugl;

bro its always a coin toss when u go ugl!! some of those"NOT ALL" sources are all about the money and could care less about ur health,, i would suggest u really know what your putting in to your body, i know thats easier said then done but in most cases its better to spend the extra$ and get the best!!
