Mos people on this board are going to say you are too young for AAS. Go check out the diet and workout threads. There are tons of stickies that can help you out. 80 lbs in less than 4 months is amazing, so don't get discouraged. Keep working hard and if you plateau...work harder.

If it was easy there wouldn't be an obesity epidemic, at least half of a fit lifestyle is diet. Do you know your bmr, macros, etc etc..?

Everyone is different, so I have no idea if my experience will benefit you...

I lost 75 pounds a while back, and did it in a drastic manner that ultimately ended in an eating disorder. Starving myself got me down to 160 (from 235) and my body would go no further. My body was also a wreck from the obsessive exercise. You might not be having the health problems I had, but your body might be in survival mode if you continue to feed it very little in an attempt to lose more weight. You might need to get healthy again before your body will be convinced to give up any more resources.

I also lost a TON of muscle when I dieted as all I cared about was seeing the scale needle to move every day. Hopefully, you didn't do the same thing.

Make sure you eat correctly, and do things that make you healthy. That will result in naturally low body fat. I have done things correctly this time, and have recently lost 40 pounds of fat while adding muscle. I am almost wearing the same size jean as when I was 160ish, but I am 35 pounds heavier. Your body is so much more complicated than the number on the scale.

Too young and winstrol doesn`t burn fat like many believe. It does help harden but definitely not what you are in need of. I would suggest heavy cardio and a very strict calculated diet. Whats your daily calorie intake look like?
