Hi all - I have my course ready with PCT and AI. Only thing is. What should I pick. Test E or Sust? I have used sust before and I like the kick.

Ah also - I know it goes on a case by case basis. Age, BF - I just would like to see what people would pick in their own opinion.

okay for me. 30.16%BF (yes I am stripping down more before I start). 5ft10 @ 76kg.

with that high of bf and you current height and weight you will be very thin by the time you get to a reasonable bf%. You will not have much of a base. I would stay away from aas for a while and build yourself naturally

i dont notice much of a difference between sust or test e. I use what ever one i can get cheaper at the time. I'm using omna's right now
