    In Extreme Need For Gaining Weight!

    Hi there my name is Chris and im 17, i have a problem with my weight in
    which i am under weight and find it impossible to gain weight. I eat regularly
    every 2 hours and have tried various Weight gainers. none have had much
    effect on my weight and forcing my self to eat all the time makes me feel upset and sick.

    i was watching a program and it was talking about Steroids and the effects they can have,
    one of the men had seeked the help of a nutritionist "Nutrition +" was the name of the place.
    Who was giving him doses of a certain steroid to gain muscle quickly, he was also checking
    to make sure his body was fine and side effects, which there where none.

    My question would be is it possible for someone else to possibly do something similar?
    in which they could supply, Inject and be aware of side effects of steroids in need for me to
    gain weight. or is there anything else that i can gain weight with rapid sucession.

    i do 0 exercise, however i went to the gym for one year and gained about 5 lbs which i thought was rubbish.
    my current state is 6ft 3. at 64kg or 10stone. i am aiming for about 14stone or higher as i look like a stick
    and feel Extremly uncomfortable about my looks, never taking off my jumper, and usually doubling up
    on 2 pairs of jeans and 2 jumpers to make me look bigger.

    steroids are not your answer
    post what you eat for a typical day. Dont just say i eat every 2 hours or some chicken. give us details with times

    I had the same problem in highschool yearssssss ago. Little did I know tues 99 cent tacos are not going to do the trick even if you eat 10....then again I was 17, and didnt know much...

    At 17 steroids are definitely not the answer you're looking for. Have you seen a medical doctor about your condition? I know when I was a teenager I knew of a few small sized friends that were put on growth hormone by doctors because of stunted growth. These kids I knew had mixed results. It worked for some, didn't for others. It may not sound like it, but a natural gain of 5 lbs in a year of working out and a probably sub-par diet is actually pretty good.

    I'd say consult with a doctor before you do something too rash.

    Everyday i eat as much as i can without being sick which is:
    7am - 3 Weatabix (i eat this and feel sick)
    9am - 4 sandwiches with butter and jam
    11am - Bacon roll
    12pm - Usually some sort of Meal Ranging from chips and beans with chicken to Roast beef and mashed potato
    3pm - usually 2 400kcal Brownies or Flapjacks with a yoghurt
    5-6pm - Main Meal Either with Chicken, Beef or Fish (Always)
    8pm - Large bowl of Chocolate ice cream
    10pm - 3 Wheatabix

    i will be adding a 500kcal NCP Promass to this in the morning afternoon and night to give me 1500 kcal more a day (Previously i done this when i was going to the gym and got poor results, Also using creatine)
    I used to eat barely anything throughout the day but for the last 2 months i have been doing this and have actually lost 1lb which is usual.
    i weigh myself once a week on a Friday night at the same time.

    It really upsets me that i cannot gain weight, even just to not look like a twig just a little under normal but i look abnormal its horrible i can post pics if you want

    That's a horrible diet man...really bad. If you're serious about gaining weight you're going to have to put some work in on your diet. Either via the diet section here or with a doctor and nutritionist.

    you def need to go to the nutrition section. You may be eating calories and it seems thats all you are looking at. That diet is not good for gaining weight or for your health.

    a bunch of butter and jam sandwiches. ice cream, brownies and pancakes, bowls of cereal are not going to do it.

    You eat more junk food in 1 day then i do in a month

    I am not surprised seeing your age. I was in the same boat at your age. If you are serious as noomoto said, you need to head over to the diet section and gbrice will help you out. Awesome dude!

    But it is all i have available im in college so basically my day is planned around it and what i can buy from there, not much healthy stuff so i just go for the highest in calorie foods! usualy eating anything that will put weight on such as meet just keep me full for a long time and there fore making me feel sick and then i feel sick for the whole day eating nothing :/ i have been to a diatrition and she sed i just have to snack more. which i have been doing. it would be the most amazing thing if somebody could make me up a diet plan, as i can buy whatever needs to be bought. i just dont have a lot of time to cook and stuff :/ the only thing i dont like is peanut butter.

    its probably mostly water weight and soon as they stop they will loose it all or be lighter then when they started.

    you can't make 10'lbs of muscle out of a couple pills or an injection. You need the food to make the muscle

    I don't believe you cannot find something better than a bowl of chocolate ice cream to eat. Try harder.

    the food you eat is junk. most has no nutritional value so its not going to do anything for you but make you sick.

    There is a nutrition section here, go to that section and read the threads up top. there is alot of educational stuff

    Are you trying to persuade us that there is no store next to you that sells tuna? Its cheap and quality protein. How about a local buffet? more food than u can name.. Or how about a cheap George forma grill, and any cuts of meat??

    You didn't listen to that dietician or she was a really shitty one. That advice she gave was terrible. If you don't have enough time to cook, wake up a half hour early and cook your meals for the day then.

    Call me crazy, but I'm willing 2 bet, if u started lifting, it may help in ur quest 2 gain weight......................I'm just sayin.................
