Switching Test mid cycle

A guy asked me about switching test mid cycle and i didnt really have a good answer for him. I think you should get all your gear before you start, that way you wont run into shortage issues with your supplier or anything.... Essentially, i guess this guy started on cypionate and now wanted to get another vial but his source only has enanthate. Enanthate and cypionate are very similar and I told him he probably wouldnt even be able to tell the difference between the two. was i wrong?

I don't think it's ideal to switch esters but from cyp to enan sounds ok. Can't hurt 2 much.

Switching enth and cyp is an easy swap out. Had it been short to long ester or vise versa you would have to get out the calculator and do some math.
