    clenbuterol......questions

i have a friend considering using clenbuterol, i tell him of the effects and what ive seen on here... it can be good or bad...i started to think maybe since hes not in the best shape it could really benefit him ? alot of guys dislike the product....but most guys are in good shape already, ya know.... For some one with 25% bf could it be a good product?

diet and exercise would do him better

Being 25% bf will not physiologically prevent clen from working. However, 25% indicates that the individual lacks dietary discipline. Clen is worthless with out strict dietary restrictions.

^^^Agreed. Most will tell you at that high bf% it would not be very beneficial. It's mostly used to get that last little bit of stubborn fat off. I would tell him to get under 15% bf before he decides to do clen and it the meantime have him join the site and start reading in the dieting forum.

Nothing is going to beat a good diet. I lost over 50lbs in a little less than 7 months with a good diet and fitness program that I came up with myself. I could have reached that goal faster had I of had the help on the guys on here as it was a little off. In the end if you don't have a good diet nothing is going to help. Do that first and then "maybe" try an eca stack or something at least legal before going the clen route. When he gets down to 15% then try some clen, but until then DIET DIET DIET!

Clen has the potential for severe side effects. The risk / reward ratio is not that great even for experienced and responsible users. The guys that really love clen are usually the guys that can get down to 6-8 percent naturally; and appreciate the edge .

If he doesn't listen...kick him in the balls and let him try to catch you. When his 25% bf can't keep up with you tell him he needs to diet!

It was 50lbs in 7 months, but for me it was just about eating healthy, and eating less. As for cardio I took up hiking 3 days a week. If your friend just drops 500/cal a day under his TDEE, then he'll lose 1lb a week. If he does a combination of cardio, exercise, and diet and does 1000/cal a day under he'll lose 2lbs a week. Very simple.

Hiking! Def. something I love to hear in these forums. Anyone that hikes knows that the benefits transcend physical fitness.

Yes sir! I love it. It's so hard for me to do any gym cardio now. The whole time I'm thinking "Man I wish I were in the mountains right now" It's also a release from all the stresses of work. Right now I'm training to do the 18 mile (Very difficult) Mt. Charleston Loop next spring. Can't wait.

I didn't realize you could get a good work out hiking, how many miles you do, how long. I guess you can really get a good fat buring workout doing anything that get your heart rate up ffor a little while

I was doing 5-7 hours a day - 3 days a week. Probably about 5 miles; however, there was a lot of scrambling (climbing over huge boulders, and very steep inclines. But even say 2-5 miles on a easy/moderate trail has great low intensity fat burning ability, and it's so much more fun than being on a treadmill.

I just went on one. But mine was a out one mile straight up. Huge difference then walking the neighborhood hills. Straight up on a mountain is hard wk. And as above said adding huge rocks etc.. makes it fun..

Clen is one of the most interesting drugs around, the fact that it seems to burn fat without much effort. A cheat drug of sorts Seems to also give noticeable strength gains and added lean tissue.
