That diet isn't all that great IMO..... A lot of your calories are comming from milk..... you're not a baby - drop the fvckin milk.

breakfast - 8 eggwhites and 1 cup of oats

lunch - 2 cups cooked rice and 1lb of ground chicken

dinner - 2 cups cooked rice and 1lb of ground chicken

In-between meals eat what you can fit in there. Have a carb/protein shake post workout also.....

I've gotten to 255 eating like that..... if u can't hit 220 on it then you have a tapeworm.....

I like milk too, BR0DlE, but a pint of whole milk has 26 grams of sugar in it. And you're looking to drink 6 pints a day. That's a good portion of your daily calories. You might want to take Hazard's suggestion or go check out the diet section.

    Been training since 14.
This would be my first cycle, starting in January.

Usually I bulk at 3500 or slightly over, just that i'll be on cycle so may aswell up the cals and make the most of the extra muscle building qualities from the test.

Ive always used milk to bulk, as a teenager I used to drink even more. Even when I cut i'll still have around 3 pints a day.
Went from 130lbs to 205lbs then cut back to 190 in prep for my cycle.
Looking to hit 220lbs, i'll cut over the summer.

    i agree with haz.
Personally i would drop the milk but at minimum you need to add some real meat in there.

I think your macros might be off a little bit. I'm not getting 900 cals for your first meal, unless you're eating around 360 cals of pb, which you might be. I didn't really look into the rest of your meals though.

I struggled with the milk thing also. I love it. Talked to guys in diet section about it...now I just drink in morning if I do at all...just see how your body does with the extra 1500random calories

Eggs are 60cal each so 180cal
    100g oats is 370cal
    Pint milk is 250cal
    Peanut butter is 50cal

So roughly 850 + the milk in the oats

I check the packets of all the food i buy to get the nutrient information so I know what i'm taking in.

Aye Ive always drank alot of it, so it would be hard to drop it especially as its so cheap.

My bad. Calculated 100g cooked, not dry.

I'll see what I can do in terms of replacing some of the milk with some meat protein sources.
