    cycle question

    i'm 28 years old 150lbs 5' 8" an BF maybe low12 or 10 maybe not sure . Been working out for 4 years but, hitting it hard this past year. I have experimented with liquid anodrol years back. Tried sus 250 long time ago n enanthate but, never stayed on a cycle long enough to see anything .

    Questions I was thinking about taking dbol 50mg to jump start but, only take half of it 25mg a day 7days a week for the first 2-4 weeks then start the test 400. Sorry if my questions are stupid or I don't know what i'm taking about. I just don't want to hurt my body so i though I would ask some veterans . Thank you again

    Diet is clean only eat Clean bulk foods i'm very healthy so hard for me to put weight on . I just want to bulk up alot

    I would reccomend starting with Test enanthate 500mg a week split evenly for 12 weeks. Hcg 250iu twice a week weeks 1-12. and pct is nova and clomid. AI on hand if needed.

    I meant like meal by meal.
    Ex Meal 1
    300gm tuna
    2 cups brown rice
    2 tbl spoon olive oil
    Etcccc

    even if you eat good foods you might be eating enough of them
    I would get a set meal plan before cycling
    and when you are ready just stick to test

    Exactly as gixer said. I would recommend the diet sectiom, the guys there are going to take care of you. Proper nutrition is vital or else cycle is worthless.
