Need some suggestion/help 2 make a decision

Could anyone suggest what I should do with this predictment. One day my balls feels like a boiled eggs and the next day it feels like a bean in a jelly sac.

Right now I'm contemplating bloodwork checkup or cycle again. My last cycle was back in 2008.

Late 30s gxxx. this situation is not steady tho...it always fluctuates.

Thanks everyone. I keep all posted. Today it feels like bean in a jelly sac and I was able to ejaculate fine....Two days ago, it was like boil eggs and no cum at all.
