    Should I cycle or not

Okay I know this question has been asked many times before but I feel that every person is dIfferent so I would like some opinions.
    My info:
    Age: 18 1/2
    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 200

    Parents: 5'6 and 6'0

Ive spent at least 5 hours reading debates of people saying 18 is too young and others saying the cycled at age 16. Since about 12 I've been involved in a sport every season and been very athletic, untill last June when I broke my leg and I was stuck in beg or a wheelchair. I gained about 20 pounds of fat and no longer have definition in my body. I am considering taking a cycle with my older cousin (26),he's experienced but wants me to decide if I'm old enough, starting next month. I think I'm about done growing since I am already the tallest in my family and have had facial hair since 9th grade. I would like some story's or personal opinions.
    Thanks,
    Pat

What is your goal from doing a cycle? To cut the fat? I think you can achieve that by changing your diet. I feel for you being stuck to a wheelchair or bed. I was laid out for a long time with a broken back. You probably shouldn't use gear for a while in order to give your ligaments and tendons a chance to get back in to shape.

Not to mention you're 18 and full of natural testosterone already. Also your endocrine system might not fully be developed at 18. I suggest you take your time and train naturally. Get your diet set in right. I'm willing to bet you'll make some good gains this coming year if you do.

My main goal is to cut to fat quick. Also after back in shape I'd like to build. Nothing crazy just a bigger than normal type look. Obviously not within 1 cycle. I have been doing physical therapy and in the last 3 weeks I've gotten about full use of my leg back. A few months back I also tore my shoulder apart and was given some type of steriod , can't remember the name which helped it heal quickly but for my leg I just had a bunch of vic to numb the pain but nothing to help rebuild strength which I was hoping a cycle could help with.?

If you want to cut fat quick, cut your caloric intake. Gear isn't going to give you the results you want. A caloric deficit will give you results. And the doctor probably gave you a different kind of steroid to help with inflammation.

    Hydrocortisone, most likely.
It is not an anabolic steroid .

you may be dont growing height wise but you endocrine system isnt done yet. There are ton of young kids that come on here after doing a cycle who have problems after.

i started young and had to go on trt in my late 20's
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I was doing fine before I jacked up my leg. I just need to cut weight either way. I think my BF% is around 22% right now, and that's a record high for me. It's hard to do cardio, after 5-10 minutes Of light jogging the pain in my leg gets really bad.

i agree with the rest of the guys here. get in the nutrition section and the gurus can help obtain your goals whether it be bulk or cut. diet is where you want to focus your attention on, not AAS

I recommend you write out exactly what your current diet consists, fats, calories, carbs, proteins and when you consume these meals. You can make changes to it after you have it mapped out to start.

I find it best to make many small changes over a long period of time with a diet so you stick with it. Most people I've seen will come up with this new diet totally different from their usual eating habits. They'll stick with it for a month or two (if they're lucky) but sooner or later, they'll be back to where they started from.

But anyways you need to find out how many calories you're consuming in the day to maintain your current weight. Then modify your diet just a little to get in to a caloric deficit.

    Try the eliptical for cardio
    Running trashes my knees also.
Fatloss can be as quick as you make it
I just lost 30 lbs in 8 weeks totally naturally by doing diferent forms of cardio 30-45 min/day (morning) and weight training 1 hr 2days on 1 day off
Also my diet consisted of strictly meat leaves and fruits
I would let your tendons, ligaments strengthen before considering steroids as they will be a weak link
One last point is that your body is currently producing more gh and more test at 18 than some people inject so capitalize on it = heavy compound exercises
    whatever you decide goodluck

Great diet and you will be good as new. Your not moving much so your not burning many calories in a day. So less intake. When your back and healthy eat clean and alot..

Ive had bad knees from playing football and hockey but I've learned to ignore it and Ice helps too along with a good warmup. The most cardio I could do without leg pain is swimming and jumping rope on one leg. Lol

If you're not 100% sure that you want to cycle, then i'ts not for you just now. Plus, "5 hours" spent reading about aas is f*ck all. Do a lot more reading, do as much as you can naturally until you're 24/25, then come back. Good luck bro
