    whats your personal view on Hcg dosing?

    I'm about to start the HCG in my cycle. Last time I did 250iu/2xwk. Recently I have seen people recommending 500iu. Any thoughts?

    250-500iu is a pretty common dose. Most people seem to have diffrent protocols as to where in the cycle to start the HCG . I only run it through the last couple weeks of the cycle and leading in to pct while many people say to run it through the whole cycle.

    it matters what cycle your on I think to where ou run it the whole time or just last few weeks. I think many members that have many cycles under their belt know what works for them and what doesnt. trial and error..

    250x2-3 times per week is fine. Or are you talking about 1 pin @ 500 per week? If so, i recommend the former.

    I was talking about 2x wk. For the record, my cycle is 700mg prop/wk and 50mg dbol /day. So I guess I'm gonna go w/ 250iu hcg 2x wk. Thanks bros.

    The 250iu 2 x per week is fine. We have always ran 500iu every 4-5 days.
