i am about 4 weeks post cycle now, and am currently taking clomid. From eating alot during my cycle i have got love handles and a little gut. What should i do to lose this fat, but keep the muscle that i've built.
i know its typical to lose some weight post cycle. I started running and now i'm really losing weight, i've prob lost 6 lbs. i'm afraid if i cut back on food and start running i'm gonna lose it all!
