I have been working out for a few years now and this is going to be my second cycle. I'm 26 200lbs at 12%bf. I'm trying to bulk up before a show in about 7 months so I have time and a crazy good diet. I'm planning on running 500 mg a week of test E and 50 mg a day abombs. My question is I have adex and I'm not sure if its needed or just a good idea to take .5 every day thought my cycle. Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!
