Train frequency and a certain Kia Greene

I thought training 1 - 2 hours max a workout, like 5 days a week should be sufficient if it is intense enough and progressive in nature. Is that a good rule of thumb ?
I also heard Kia Greene say something like training 2 to even 3 times a day and he certainly combines volume and intensity.
So is that an individual thing ? Even if you are in a cycle your capacity might be more but how much more can it be? Since the more the volume/intensity the more need for recovery time - rest.
    Any thoughts please ?
    thx

I think a lot of guys try to build up an insane, hard-core image. I would think that would surpass any human's ability to recover and grow. But, I have no idea what guys at that level are capable of.

High intensity training hitting everything once a week is seems the way to go now.I use to do every body part twice a week and that caused overtraining with me.
Heres a little video with dorian yates that tells a lot about how often, how much, and how to eat,and recovery.

just playing - thx for the correct. It would have been nice if you also gave me a response to my question.

Dorian is cool and so was Mike Mentzer but if we are to take their methods as gospel than nothing else should work since it would lead to over-training and that (especially according to them) is very counterproductive, irrespective of the juice being used.

you realize how much gear they're on right? no recreational lifter should take training advice from pros. dorian said this himself. 3 training days a week is sufficient for most people. full body workouts with only heavy/low volume compound lifts produces maximum strength/size gains due to stimulation of natural test production

It is not the gospel.Dorian even says you have to listen to your body and take however much rest you need. He gives you a guide line to use and tells you adjust it as needed for you personally.

Agreed to MR10X... you have to listen to your body signals and adjust training, rest and diet regimen...

There is this thing called google, which will point you to pictures of Kai showing off his cornhole and having relations with a grapefruit if you need to see it for yourself.
