    typical results on cycle

    26 years old
    213 lbs
    6'2"
    15% bf
first cycle test e 250 mg every third day for 12 weeks with 1000 mg tbol in the front at 60 mg daily (dropped the tbol due to unusual water retention)

Im currently running aburaihan human grade test e and was wondering if my results were typical for the amount im taking.

I have put 50 pounds on my working sets for bench and im doing a 5x5

im currently on the last day of week 8.

after the first 2 weeks i didnt gain any more weight but i kept getting stronger.

    is my gear under dosed?

if your really taking 4000 calories then thats plenty,, just because you dont see it on the scale doesnt mean you arent gaining muscle,, you could be losing fat

none taken lol. i read all food labels and count accordingly. im not noticing any fat loss but that may just be from the bloat. i have dropped my cals down to 3500 as of last week and im about the same weight so i hope its fat loss.

how anti-catabolic is test? i think i might do an hour of fasted cardio a few times a week in the morning.

    is this ok?

Post your diet up..... i'd like tos ee where those 3500 calories are comming from. Are you including protein shakes? If it's all solid foods and theyre good sources of protein/carbs then you should be gaining pretty easily.....

    breakfast:

    2 cups skim milk
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    1 cup oats
    2 scoops whey

    fat/carb/pro/cal
    24/92/81/931

    2 cups rice
    8 ounces chicken

    8/78/58/600

    1 cup oats
    8 ounces lean ground beef
    22/54/58/680

    pre-workout
    2 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup oats
    1 scoop whey
    30 grams dextrose

    3/72/37/570

    post work out
    1 cup oats
    2 scoop whey
    50 grams dextrose

    6/102/58/660

    bedtime:
    2 scoops casein
    2/6/48 240

daily cal intake= 3681 give or take

these meals vary in type of carb or protein but generally this is how many shakes i have during the day. also this is a LOW calorie day for me. i usually eat another 1000 cals on top of the above (sometimes coming from junk i.e. steak and shake) but none the less this is what i eat

after i stopped gaining weight (weeks 4 thru 7) while eating this much i got discouraged and dropped my intake to around 3000 to 3500 and have turned whats left of the cycle into a cutting cycle.

thank you everyone for all of your in put!

^^^ you answered your own questions in your diet layout. You have 5 scoops of whey and 2 scoops of casein powders. Thats probably between 150-190g of protein for your daily intake you can pretty much write off as far as your daily totals go. Subtract 6-800 of those daily cals bro. You would be better off with just 2 scoops of whey/day and add in 8oz of salmon or talapia throughout the day and maybe half a dozen egg whites in first meal

^ There's definitely something to be said about real food. My first two cycles involved lots of fancy protein powders and nutrition supplements. This time im only using whole foods and its working out much better.

Well said. I had a great professor one time that said " It takes one person to have the balls to ask a question that everyone wants to know but wont ask"
