First Cycle ;)
Hey guys was wondering for my first Cycle if i should do a Dianabol only cycle 30mg/day 5mg tabs , 4-6 weeks (depending on what more experienced people say I should do) if this would be good/work for me? im not too fond of needles and was looking for an oral alternative (at least for my first cycle but if neccesary i am open to it), iv got a semi skinny/muscular build not quite sure of my body fat %, but i weigh close to 67kg and im 18.
Also when i finished the cycle id be off roids for a few months (depending on how i feel etc) and was wondering how much % of muscle gain would i keep, iv been reading people say differences from 15% to 45% always fluctuation and was just wondering.
feedback would be good.

First, you are too young for steroids . And second, that is a terrible cycle idea. A good diet and training regimen is what you should be concentrating on. Get a few more years under your belt in the weight room and then maybe you can start to consider AAS usage. Don't take the chance of screwing up your HPTA. Not worth it.

yeah man, at the moment my work out routeen is,
Monday-
Chest: Bench press, Incline & Flys
Tris: Straight bar pull downs & Seated dumbell extensions
Weds-
Back:Wide Grip pull downs, Seated rows, Chin ups
Bis: dumbell curls, straight bar curls & Preacher curls
Friday-
Legs: Squats, leg press, leg extension, calves
Shoulders: Military press, upright rows, flys

When I was younger I thought bout dbol too but I'm glad I sorted out my diet and workout and added more quality muscle... Defo would just keep working out and listen to the experience on here.

dbol only with shut down your normal test production...horrible idea man for your health and muscle growth....with your age and weight you can put up good gains with your diet and routine...listen tothe vets and good luck...

At 18 you can tolerate working out way more than 3 days a week, try 4 or 5 days
