    Quick Dianabol Question

    Im using 20mg Dbol to kickstart, and splitting it up throughout the day.

    Would it be better to do 10mg in morning and 10mg pre workout.

    Or split it evenly at 5mg throughout the day? Every 4hrs

    Do you have 5tried mg tablets or are you cutting them up. Morning and pr-working is fine as long as wk out is in afternoon. Minimal @difference between that and every 4 hours.

    10mg tablets, so i'd need to half them.
    Leaning towards 5mg every 4 hours.

    The answer is 'neither'.
    You're combining supplement mentality/protocol with that of gear.

    You just want to keep your serum levels up and as even as possible. Thus, both pre-workout gear and 4-a-day dosing are immaterial. Oral w/short half lives should be taken in divided (2x) doses 8-10hrs apart.

    Honestly either way will work. Most people like to space them out every 4-5 hours.

    Take them as you like experment.See wat you prefer.I personally never seen a difference in spliting or all at once.

    Defiantly not, I know a little about a lot and a lot about a little.
    But that's why the forum is here, more people=more knowledge! But been in this industry for 15 years.
