How the F@#$ is this possible?
Okay, so just very quickly .. Phil Heath first started bodybuilding in 2002 and did his first comp in either 2002, or 2003 .. not exactly sure. Either way, he obviously juiced from day one, because even the best genetics in the world cant do this. (this picture is just three years.) And im not bashing him, he's my favourite bodybuilder .... ever. But, THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL, he just ran some test/eq/dbol lmfao.
Insulin and GH MUST have been started since day one as well.
Look at this picture:
2002 - 2005 or 2006 (so, three maybe four years)
Now my question, is it reasonble for me to think that Insulin/GH were there from there beginning? Or is this actually possible with some test/tren in only three years if you've got the right genetics? Just trying to get a sence of what is actually possible on JUICE ONLY with good genetics..
More of a disscussion and some curiosity on my part. Nothing more. I love this guy either way

He has a good physique in the left photo as well. I assume it is 100% dedication, combined with a lot of knowledge and probably hitting the genetic lottery.

He actually had decent size in the earlier picture considering all the running and cardio basketball players do. Plus I don't really think upper body is their main focus in the weight room. So give him some good gear cut out all the cardio and bam that's what you get.

Most of us up our doses slowly from one cycle to the next. I doubt thats the case here. I imagine he went right into this with the same massive amounts of juice that the older pros use now.

Its also impossible to guess how much someone is using. Ive seen guys running 1500 mgs of test a week and look like crap; and then Ive seen guys on 300mgs a week that look amazing.

I'm pretty certain he didnt use GH until very late into his bb career. Nor insulin .
He gained something like 16-18lbs stage weight in one year once, from an AC to Mr. O, I recall. Or from a smaller show to the AC. I forget the year.
He didnt go balls to the walls early on, no way, he ramped up.
Most Pro's gaine their size in the first 3-4 years of training...FACT.
Look at Jay at 19, Arnold at 20, Ronnie at a young age.
These guys are the gentic ELITE and also ELITE responders to training, AAS, GH, slin.

Genetics + Loads of Training, Diet and of course GH+Insulin +IGF1+Test..to be continued....

Not Ronnie....he went pro at around a stage weight of 220-230, then a few years later he walks on stage at 300, I would say he added the GH/Slin later in was career as did Phil.
That's what make the great ones stand out. If you play all your cards early on, you have nothing or nowhere left to grow....but the guys like Phil and Ronnie were already at your level and still had unused tools....

Yea he looked good on the first pic so he obviously has good genetics and he if he looked like that without working out or taking anything, then those body types will respond better with gym/steroids /gh/slin then somebody that doesn't have good genetics if you get what I mean so I think it's very possible and I hate black people for that purpose they are just born with good genetics.. And im joking about hating black people lol just in fun fella's

Dont worry, we cant have it all. Also what makes you so sure he was using Insulin ? Not just GH and Tre and Test, something about his look or just complete transformation? If so I wanna slin as well!!

I just always thought, sure its possible to look AMAZING with juice/diet/genetics alone .. but taking the extra step with slin is what REALLY gives them that "IFBB look" if that makes any sense? lol
I dunno, maybe its just my way of justifying I'll never look like that haha. Either way, hes my boy, and one of the coolest guys I've ever met. Good for him, he killed it last Olympia and I wish him all the best.
I'll just do my best with the juice for now :P

ppl have to understand that its just not the drugs that give these guys the mile and beyond edge, they have the natural genetics also. its not a case of 'if i take this that and the other, i'll be in that shape'. its one in a million.
i wish alot of kids on here would realise that
