When do the gains slow down?
When do the gains slow down? I'm 6' and 190 at 10% fat. Even if you average 7 lbs a cycle there's no way in 10 cycles I would be walking around looking like The Rock. I know some is genetics and some is Muscle maturity. But on your average guy how many cycles can you do and make the huge gains?

Mate, I think you are looking at this all wrong. Most of us are in pretty damn good shape BEFORE taking AAS. Which means we've got the natty gains that have been slowly developing for a few years. If you do not have a natty foundation, most of your gains will vanish after your cycle.
Here's how I look at it...
The easier and faster it comes on, the easier and faster it comes off. If you want something semi permenant, then you must do the hard work, and put in the years.
So to answer your question, I would say that the hard gains should already be in place before cycling, and therefore, no good answer to your question.

another way of looking at this....
time off = time on + pct
if a 12 week cycle, then 2 cycles a year is pushing it.
everything takes time....

Thanks
So on a 12 week cycle should you take 12 weeks off even tho PCT is 8? :s

yes. Not sure you need 8 weeks for PCT? thought it was closer to 4 weeks, (so definately do your homework in the pct section), but I agree in theory with the formula
time off = time on + pct

Please enlighten me how 5 days a week is over training. Cause I'm more then interested.
Mon Chest
Tues back
Wed Legs/abbs/ obliques
Thurs Shoulders Cardio
Fri Bi's and tri's
Weekend off
If you find there's over training here please fill me in. I'm a mechanic so I don't exactly work hard. I sleep 8-9 hours a night, and take nutrition very serious. I joined this forum to gather information to better endure myself. I don't need to be called names

correct, you obviously dont know much about training given what you've just been quoted on above. continue this if you like, it'll only end one way. you just jumped on and called the chap a liar, and then post rubbish 'advice'
i like the way you run back and edit everything you've posted (kind of pointless as its been quote replied to), kind of tells us all something, doesnt it?

I don't know where you're from but "chap" and "rubbish" are both well known words to all who speak the english language.
chap - A man or boy; a fellow.
rubbish - worthless, useless, or unwanted matter; discarded or waste matter; refuse; foolish words or speech, nonsense

Ok so chap isn't so common, but everyone should have an understanding of what the word means.. And rubbish Is a very common word.. And seems kind of immature if you or anyone your hanging out with would knock some1 out for calling someone a boy.. I'm not taking sides.. Just an observation

I'm 29. I'm talking the big gains you get. Kind of when you first start training you make huge gains for the first couple years. How many cycles can one do before the big gains start to slow down> (if that makes any sense lol)
So your saying from last pin take your 2 weeks. Then do your 5wks. Then can I re cycle or should I wait another 8wks for a total sum of 12wks on 12wks off?
