Anavar in Pattaya, Thailand

I'm in Pattaya, Thailand and am looking for some legitimate anavar. They have 10 mg tablets made by GB Standard which I tried and it didn't work. Anavar made by Meditech is also sold. What are legitimate brands of Anavar and also clenbuterol? Is there any way to tell what's real and what's fake?
