    time off between cycles

I understand the rule of thumb is if you do a 12 week cycle for ex, you need to take 12 weeks off between your next cycle. But could you get away with 8 or maybe 10 weeks off in between?

should be cycle & pct time to recover
I normally run cycle for 12 to 14 weeks and I have at least 16 to 18 weeks off and then get blood work done

The time rule of thumb is just a recommendation. You really need blood work to see if your HPTA's back to normal.

^ Agree. Rules of thumb are designed to be conservative/safe. If you want to tighten it up, get the blood work done so you know for sure.

i agree. Some people bounce back fast. Some take a very long time. So if you jump back on to early you just going to keep making it harder on yourself
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Plus some compounds are harder to recover from. There is alot to consider. Bloodwork will answer the questions.
