    Starting

    Hey guys I'm new at this. 6.1 170lbs I have been doing a lil research and it will be my first cycle. I'm thinking about going with eq and test. But not sure how much off each would be the most efficient and healthiest. Or if any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    whats your complete stats? Age bf%?
    When its time for your first cycle just stick with test only
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    23 not sure with body fat. Kinda have a natural cut but fairly small. I have a six pack when I flex that's bout all I can say

    ^^I agree with gixxerboy. Test alone.

    If you would encounter side effects, you would not know what compound is causing them.


    On a side note: I have used eq and find it to be a waste of space in a syringe.

    Mass.. I want to be bigger but not huge. And ripped. I have never been able to put weight on or get big. I'm just kinda tall and thin.

    well your diet is going to determine how much you gain and if you keep it after your cycle.
    Can you post what you eat for a day.

    Im kinda a meat and potato person. I can't lie I don't eat healthy but I'm pretty picky also. Don't ever eat sweets or junk(as chips ect). What would be a good diet?

    there is a nutrition section here with alot of good info.
    But your going to need to eat more to gain more even on steroids .
    i would def work on diet first. Its honestly very important and you will make gains naturally too.

    Yeah ive been trying to clean my eating up. What should my cycles be?

    honestly you shouldnt cycle yet. Its a waste until you get your diet fixed some.
    but we already said when you are ready it should be a test only cycle
