    first cycle. legitimate Questions.

I have been reading periodically on here for about year. recently started posting. I have read all the pct and seen most all of the stickys. So Im going to get straight to the point, no long storys.
Previous cancer patient.. 12 years ago. Clean bill so far. I have a DR apt this weekend to have my cholest tested as I read it goes up.
I eat like a horse, but consequently eat alot of garbage too. IE fast food, burgers and red meat.
    30y/o
    180lbs
    6ft

    I lift 3 times a week
    Cardio/box 2 days a week.

How much can I train on my first cycle? I was going to lift twice a day.Once in the am and once at night m-f and stop boxing untill the cycle is done.
What should i have on hand just incase shit hits the fan... IE Moobs.
heres what I have put together for a first cycle.

    12 weeks
    Test E 250mg Mon 9am
    Test E 250mg Thurs 9pm

    PCT
    Nolva -Clomid
    W1 40mg/day -100mg
    W2 40mg/day -100mg
    W3 20mg/day -50mg
    W4 20mg/day -50mg
    done.

U definitely need to clean up ur diet. You might not need aas if u get straight on nutrition. Any smart aas user keeps letro on hand in case of gyno. If you read all the stickys u would know this.

And u can over train. Your body needs rest. Without it, your pissing in the wind.

But your cycle is a smart choice for first cycle. Test only.
    Pct looks good too.

Thanks for the advice. My diet will improve as I get closer to my cycle start. I read the sticky's, however retaining all the information on this site is not possible, there's so much to learn here. Thats why I asked.

Would 5 days a week, once a day be acceptable training to see a good gain?

if you prev had cancer i wouldnt be using anything. Your health isnt worth risking anything. Straighten out your diet and training and make some gains naturally
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Cycle looks good.. Forget the letro, its only needed to get rid of existing gyno. You can use an AI such as Adex or Aromasin to prevent estro sides or if you do start to get puffy/sore nips, you can correct this with nolva before it progresses to gyno

Gix made a good point.. You should speak with your dr. about using aas n cancer reoccurence before you begin. My mother had cancer many yrs ago and recently went to a specialist about getting on hrt. Because of the cancer in her past they told her she can not undergo any hormone repla***ent because it puts her at a greater risk for the cancer to return.

Like everyone said get the diet in check well before starting the AS. You'd be amazed how much you can gain without the AS once that is in check. Also ask the doc about running AS due to the cancer. I've known of a few people who've had cancer and were actually put on HRT due to it (testicular cancer).

this is the best advise so far.

your cycle looks very simple, but your history is what is concerning. A few lbs of muscle are not worth health risks
