Hey guys I am 31 years old and like a lot of guys I had kids young 4 of then so I haven't had a lot of time I got to jobs and kids so my body has been on the back burner for t long I was in the best shape of my life at 19 225 pounds and a little under 10% body fat I really want to get back there my wife is going back to work so I am only 17 days away from being a one job guy I did the hcg diet before and I can stick to it so I need to know what I can run while on hcg 150 a day is what I have prescribed I wiegh 280 now and have a lot of fat to burn anavar is what I was thinking but I am open to informed advice it would mean a lot to me if any of you guys could help a new be out
