    New and dumb sorry

    Hey guys I am 31 years old and like a lot of guys I had kids young 4 of then so I haven't had a lot of time I got to jobs and kids so my body has been on the back burner for t long I was in the best shape of my life at 19 225 pounds and a little under 10% body fat I really want to get back there my wife is going back to work so I am only 17 days away from being a one job guy I did the hcg diet before and I can stick to it so I need to know what I can run while on hcg 150 a day is what I have prescribed I wiegh 280 now and have a lot of fat to burn anavar is what I was thinking but I am open to informed advice it would mean a lot to me if any of you guys could help a new be out

    stay of the steroids, stick with the diet and cardio until body fat is 15%. High body fat will increase side effects of the steroids.

    Var wont do anything. Best thing for u is to diet and exercise. When u get a few lbs off and gym time again I would run a test only cycle. But diet and dedication are it for you now.

    I'm just going to throw this out there, the guys are right id defo wait till I'm back to full swing of things..

    However if it was me, I would use a stimulant, like clen or eca..
    Help with the fat burning, it also give you that psychological edge aswell..

    Thanks guys I really appreciate the help I am going to get to 15%before I start iam about 2 months out well more like 3 but any info on what to run then can be given cool after research order and wight it will be 6 to 8 weeks till I get my gear any way once again guys thanks for taking time o help a noob like me

    But you can't actually feel the effects of t3 straight away as you would with either eca or clen..

    Clen isnt safe.I would hit the diet section and tell them wat you want to do.Post up a diet with macros.The key is diet and cardio.Find a good training routine STICK WITH IT! nothing is easy.But you can do it if youwant it bad enough.Dont touch aas until you are under 15%bf good luck bro.

    Yea just trying to burn fat for now . Sorry about the punctuation guys it's a I pad so it's not like typing ,If any one can give me a little advice for down the road that would be grate I lost 7 pounds so far and I think I can hit 15% in 2or3
    months so having a idea would help.

    My wife is 110 18% so she's good I am just a fat ass ,but hopefully not for much longer

    Skip the cycle and take an English class asap! Jk I have an iPhone and I tend to sound illiterate thanks to my big thumbs and autocorrect changing my words into something else. Cut some weight first and build up a good base, there's no such thing as a magic pill just dedication.

    That's a broad generalisation, could we not say that about a lot of stimulants, steroids or peptides. I totally agree it has ver harsh side effects, but monitored at the correct dosage should be okay.

    Then use her energy and motivation to drive yourself. My wife and I work out several times a week. Its a cheap date and when we come home sweaty it seems to up my chances :-)

    I feel your pain. I went from 275 down to 225 a couple years ago. I tried finding a quick solution. Never did, other than diet and exercise. Im back at 240 now at just under 17% bf. I will start my first cycle next month when I hit 14-15% the second thing is you need to get your joints, muscles, and connective tissues ready for the rapid increase in strength that AAS can provide. Like the guys are saying, hit the diet and exercise forums and get yourself in the right shape before you add chemicals to the mix.
