New. Need advice. First cycle.
Hey all, just some quick stats and background info.. I'm 21 6'1 about 185-190 with approx. 15% bf at the moment. I was a collegiate football player for 2 years. Been lifting since 8th grade. I've never juiced before. Close to flawless genetics. I've been accused on numerous occasions that I shoot up. I've decided to try my first cycle. I want to be able to drop below 10% bf without losing quite as much muscle. I feel that I could have better results by using steroids . For my first cycle, I have chosen to use Test 250 E and Winstrol . For my PCT I will use Arimidex and Clomid. There will be no adjustments to the products I have chosen, I just need help creating a scheduled plan. How much of each product do I need and in what amounts should I take it, at what times during my cycle? All help is appreciated.

If ur goal is to loose body fat you can do this without juicing and keep muscle you just need to be strict with ur diet, you say ur genetics are flawless so this should be no real issue for you dude..
You sud ask for advice on ur diet over on the nutrition section..
And welcome to the boards..

As stated above diet is the key. You are also a bit young for for this. You never know how you will respond to AAS. So if you must try something try compounds that get out of your sytem fast. Test E is Long acting. You can try a Winny oral, Tbol, Or Anavar only cycle to get you feet wet. You can research the dosages. You can also find some ECA ( Ephedrine, Cafeine, asprin) stacks legally now that will help the fat burning. Start out low and have your body get used to it.

Well, my decision on using steroids has already been made. I know plenty about nutrition.. I aced that course. Maybe I should have further declared my reasons? I also want strength and speed boosts, accompanied by the ego boost.

Xelnaga, I was just trying to give accurate background info. If you think I'm kidding I'll upload a picture later. I've definitely benched over 350 squatted well over 4 and power cleaned 250ish and I can run a 4.5 40 yard dash. I have a 6 pack and rarely do any ab workouts. But, hey thanks for laughing at me?

I'm confident in my physical abilities. But, self esteem from a social standpoint has been dropping recently. I figured the roids might help with that as well..

6'1 190 at 15% is not what I consider "close to flawless". A little humility will go a long way.

flawless, from a physique, speed, and strength perspective i guess? If it's that big of a deal forget I ever said flawless. Just tried to give accurate information of where I am and what I want. I don't want a ****ing forum debate.

6'1 190 @ 15% is not even close to your natural limits. Whats your diet look like?

I'm not dieting atm. Nor have I for a couple months. I got hurt momentarily when I was making a lot of progress.

well you are in shape with those numbers but what the guys are trying to tell you is you can get results without going over to the dark side..there is sooooo much to consider and if you play ball you may get tested one day!!! and I work with highschool football and I have 6 players with those numbers..and theses BOYS are 15-17...

^ My point as well. 6'1 frame can hold alot more lean mass naturally. Specially at 21.

For your goals you don't need juice.. Honestly.. Not at the moment..
If you aced your diet please post it up, we're not here to ridicule you, you can easily drop body fat naturally..
As for the ego, or self esteem issues, I wud suggest therapy, again I'm not flaming you.
It's just friendly advice, give urself 6 months with these changes when you come back your goals will be different then maybe consider juice..

Saints, Couple things. One, youre going about this wrong already because you dont know very much about steroids and you came onto this board with "questions", but you already have your mind made up on what you are going to do. It sounds like you are just looking for validation, but youre not getting it so youre irritated and frustrated now. Youre skinny as a rail at 185-190, so if anyone accused you of being on steroids, they didnt know what they were talking about. 15% body fat is far from perfect genetics. Sounds like you have an average athletic build to me. I put myself in that category and I am below 15%, 225 and only an inch taller than you. Second, Test E does not give you a "quick boost", that is why most people run a kick start with Test E. It took me four weeks before I noticed Test starting to work and a once a week pin takes 6 weeks before it builds up to a full dose in your body due to the 5 day half-life so, not really quick. You need to do a little more homework on your steroids before you do anything and you need to remember that the experience and knowledge that the board members have to share here far surpasses the preconceptions you have. third, You are only 21 and beside the FACT that 21 is generally considered too young to run AAS, you havent reached your natural potential yet. Steroids are for when you reach your potential and want to exceed it. Give it a couple years, and in the mean time, EAT. Skinny.

He asked wut ur diet looks like, not IF u were "dieting" Ur diet is ur daily intake........................So, wut does ur diet look like? Also, if ur recovering from an injury, AAS could make it worse. Hav u done any research on the potentially irreversible damage that can b done 2 ur undeveloped Endocrine & HPTA if u cycle @ ur age?
