Cytomel issues, a few additional questions

I recently started taking cytomel , I only took about 35 mcg today and I'm noticing a "tickling sensation" in my heart, assuming it's a heart palpatation. I'm literally starving constantly!!! I worked my way up to this dose, I did 12 mcg, 25 mcg, 35 mcg, I was going to honestly hang out around 50 mcg for a while but I'm wondering are these side effects severe or shall I keep going?

I should note that I'm also taking 50 mcg a day of arimidex and I just finished a 2 week clen cycle where I went from 255-240. (without the cytomel) I'm taking benedryl right now as well. Also I noticed I'm not experiencing as much weight loss on cytomel, probably because I'm eating much more, but I don't think I've gained fat.

On the arimidex, I'm finding I'm going flaccid during sex, sorry to be so explicit. This is also after ejaculating 1-2 times previously. I'm not used to this, could this be from the arimidex?

One other questions. My waist is approximately 42 inches at the belly button, but my hips are 41 inches. I squat and deadlift quite often and with rather heavy weight, would this impact my size in my waist and hips? I don't know where to get a body fat test done, right now I'm just going by appearance.

Lastly, I plan to do a clen, cytomel, and arimidex stack all in one next week, hoping to get down to 230ish after the clen cycle is over. Any advice on doses, etc? Last I saw, I was able to tolerate 120 mcg a day of clen with just minor tremors and a bit of warmth.

i have read that, it didn't say much about the palpatations
