Can aas be healthy in any way or or they just something bad waiting to happen after a long period of time. I like to take aas cause its hard to lift and work my job 5 days a week and still b functional for everything else and I feel like they are a key role in keeping me healthy. Plus they motivate me to train more and harder and keep my cardio training to the max. I guess my question is are they worth taking for my reasons and without competing or are they something that should b avoided in my case. My intentions are to run two cycles a year in march and then July just to keep in shape and to have a good mentality about it. Not abusing by no means. My stacks would consist of deca / test stacks for 8 to 10 weeks and never more that two aas on a single stack. Please inform if these are legit ok reasons for using thanks
