Well oral would have to pass through the liver, and liquid would be absorbed right into the blood stream. So liquid would be a better choice imo

Oral can be tabs powder or liquid, do you mean injectables?

I have used both..
I know a few people who have used injectable for spot fat reduction in the injection site however I have never experienced it.

I feel I get the same benefits from both but it can be a pain in the ass injecting all the time..

No point to inject clen . It will work just fine as an oral.
