Some side effects - should I start Arimidex

Hey guys - I have taken my first shot of PrimoTest (Test-E) - 1ml (250mg) - about 4 days ago.

My stats are 31, bf 15% (yea I know it should be lower), 5ft10 - 75kg.

Now - the Dr said I should take half a tab every 2 days of a arimidex once I build up to 400mg a week. However my nipple are feeling a little bit sensitive and I am thinking of taking 0.5mg now as a safe guard.

What do you guys recommend? or am I a bit paranoid.

BTW - on my last course my nipples got sensitive as well (this is about 7 years ago)

You should be using an AI, sides or not.

Those that dont use AI's on cycle, nor suggest them, are using poor logic which is probably also on outdated information.

a quick question - how long till this kicks in?

will it take away sensitive feeling to my nips?

It will begin to block the aromatase enzyme right away, therefore halting increased estrogen production.

The sore nips should go away in a few days.
