i'm 5'11" see how i didnt lie and say 6' lol
i'm at 185 lbs
diet is been back to clean for about 30 days and i cardio on my off days to get ready and get my body fat lower... i'm at 10%-11%
I am looking to put on some lean mass and make strength gains at this point... I did the bulking phase last winter and it was very noticeable, water retention was not desirable....i was p to almost 200 and looked large but not cut, dont really care for that look....
I had good results with a lean mass cycle and large calorie intake but good whole food...i actually lost about 15 lbs but finished at about only 5 lbs down but ripped up, at least for me... SO short answer is strength, little mass but stay lean.. i like the dry, vascular look.... planing on hitting my legs really hard this cycle...i made the mistake of neglecting them in the past....

so your though is just stick to the test prop and tren ....?
using arimidex during and nolva and clomid for pct which is standard...
also how do you feel about lower test amounts when using tren....any truth to that in your opinion...
and by the way that pic is very much an after took me three years to get to that i was a bit of a slob before...

Yes, i am leaning towards a cycle that will keep me cut or help me get more cut while gaining a little in size more in strength...

your saying you "bulked" last cycle?? what componds did u use? how long was your last cycle and how long is this one also what week are u on now? u have a good build but what are u tring to do? tren is heavy gear and imho you could use a little more mass unless your looking for that lean look.. the test plus the winny or eq will cause you to lower your bf hence looking more vascular.. keep it simple. u have a good frame to build on

last cycle i used, test e 100mg e3d, tren 75mg e0d and d-bol 50mg ed. 12 weeks..... i ate like crazy taking in as much good food as i could, made some good size and weight gains but found it very hard to control my appetite, i was like a monster when it came to food and i work long hours so i would find myself eating subway and stuff to stay full. strength gains were impressive and my shoulders and chest became much thicker, gained a lot of size here.
I do want to become bigger, but I am ok with doing it slowly... i became bloated and put on more BF% then I would have liked...
the thing is I used to be really out of shape and have worked hard to get here, mentally when i see my leanness go away it bothers me and i lose motivation...weird?
I do like the lean vascular look and for my size i am very broad shouldered so i look bigger then i am with clothes on....
I think i have this cycle figured out but what is a good bulking cycle gear wise? D-bol was great for making me feel strong but hated how it made me look.....?
