Sleep issues on Anavar - how to fix?

Sleeping on Anavar is pretty trippy.

Im sufficiently exhausted at the end of the day. So tired I fall asleep (almost) on the couch. Then I go to bed, and I just lay there. If I focus fairly hard, I can get myself to a semi-conscious state. I'm sleeping, but I never get to deep sleep. The entire night I feel "sort of awake". 15 to 20 times a night I "wake up" but feel like I was already sort of awake.

I'm pretty sure I never get to the all important REM deep sleep. And that's a very bad thing. For health. For results with workouts. For everything. It takes 6 solid hours of deep sleep to reach REM sleep. There's no way I get that far on Anavar.

Do any of you guys have suggestions (other than sleeping pills) to get you to true sleep? I can't imagine this is going to be very healthy after 6 weeks of it.

Last night I went to bed at 11pm and woke up at 12 noon feeling like I had 2 hours of sleep. My body feels rested, but my brain isn't.

    Thanks

    CW

EDIT: I take my anavar first thing in the morning. Yesterday I took it at 8am. So .... time of day isnt goin to fix this issue for me.

a tad on the heavy side. diphenhydramine hydrochloride would be a safer choice and its over the counter

Tamaxapam would be a last option but depends how desperate, if you can get that over the counter though then bonus

How much Var are you on? You made need to reduce it.
And have you tried Benadryl yet? Seek easy fixes first.

Im on a super low dose but my body always responds to 1/4th the dose it takes others to see results.

I did 40mg anavar a year ago and it was way too strong for me. Side effects too pronounced.

Im doing 25mg anavar now and its *perfect*. Seeing great results in the gym. But still issues with sleep.

Benadryl is amazing. Definitely used it. But it wears off for me (like clockwork) 3 hours after I take it. I wake up. Then im toast...

I'll figure something out guys thanks!

    ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

x2 usually does trick but you build a tolerance quite quickly

Chlorpheniramine is active ingredient and should be otc in the states

Natural approaches would be Melatonin 3mg before bed and/or some ZMA.

ive just googled this and it has good reviews, do you find you build up any tolerance or dependence to it as it lists gaba as active ingredient
