A little tip
For those of you that come here to learn, if ever you see magic, Fireguy, Swifto and Bonaparte make a post or thread then make a point of reading it and digesting it....
I promise you, you will learn something almost every time and become more qualified in all aspects of bbing......
Its something ive learnt to do and has helped me immensely...
Do not ask me for a source check.

lol...agreed...after I read some of his crap (its crap cause I understand almost nothing lol) I a researching alot after his posts..and I am very thankful for them...so if your out there swifto, thanks man and good luck with the peptides

I do the same thing whenever you make a post Matt. I appreciate all the vets here. I have learned a whole lot more than I did know in the last 6 months.

True That. I Learned a lot on this forum in just few weeks by reading and listening to what the pros got to say .
Some of them guys should get a medal for going in details on some of the subjects so there's no questions left.
Takes lot's of time and dedication to write down all that information and make it accurate, so thank you a lot for sharing the knowledge.
