Quick delt pin question

I use 23ga 1" for delt. And I put it smack in the middle of the delt. Works for me so far.

some people get away with 5/8 on delt.

23 by 1 inch and as said the center of the delt front to back. With your arm hanging at your side the height should be about 1" below the acromion process (the bone you can feel with your other hand) this area should be slightly above the crack formed by your armpit.

Although 5/8" can work, unless you have very small delts the muscle can easily handle a 1" insertion.
