Keep it simple. Even when I inject every day I stick to glutes, quads and delts. I don't believe there is any reason to inject in places that are more likely to have nerves and arteries.

you can inject into ANY muscle group.

However, calves are less than ideal.

I had to try it once, and won't be trying that again. It wasn't an extreme discomfort, but shoulders, gluts and quads are far superior imho.

So go ahead and try it. If it works for you, great! If not, chalk it up to an experience you won't be trying again, and move on...

just started shooting tren and prop with 29g half inch slin pin into bi's and tri's and i absolutely love it, twice a day everyday with no pain at all. if i shoot big amounts i stick with glutes/quads/delts

2cc's ill go bicep or triceps with slin pin broken up into two shots
3cc's ill go with one shot into quads/glutes/delts

remember pinning any virgin muscle for the first time will leave u hurting for a few days, gonna start going calves and chest as im curious. i know the calves will hurt for a week for the first time, but after that it shouldnt be to bad at all. plus its easy to pin
